Matthew and Crystal met while jet skying at Somerset Dam seven and half years ago. They have both the same sense of humour and we could see how they are still in love with each other.

On Saturday, 4^th of May 2019 their big day finally arrived. Carol Santpierre from Brookfield Makeup was doing hair and makeup and was so generous by providing her house to girls for their getting ready. Her house is just across the creek to venue, how handy! There was a great athmospere when I arrived and I was warmly welcomed by everyone including her dog and cat 🙂. Meanwhile, Pavel arrived to Forestdale, where Matt got ready in his parent’s house with his family.

Showers and thunderstorm were predicted for the day and unfortunately, halfway through bride getting ready it started raining. Matt & Crystal decided for Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens as their ceremony and reception venue. This family-owned four acre property is situated only 20 minutes from Brisbane CBD. It’s a perfect combination of rainforest garden and country views.

Their ceremony was supposed to be held under the Jacaranda Tree but due to the rain it was moved to under covered deck area. Fortunately, it stopped raining straight after the ceremony so we took our newlyweds for a walk for their bridal photos, while their guests were enjoying canapes at the Marquee lawn area. Matt & Crystal spent the rest of the evening celebrating with their family and friends.
